- Orders
You will receive an email when confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Please note that any information supplied to us, in the process of making an account with Palm Culture and processing your order, will be held with the strictest of confidentiality and will not passed on to any third parties.
- Shipping

- Payments
We accept card payments and payments via Paypal, so you choose whichever is easiest for you! There is a flat rate UK tax of 20% on all products which will have already been included onto the price at checkout.
- Import and Duty Fees
As goods are shipped from the UK, any orders purchased for delivery to the EU will be subject to payable VAT upon entering the country. Your countries' customs centre will email the provided email on your order form with a payable duty fee, to be paid before recieving your goods. Duty and custom fees are not included in your order at Palm Culture and are the buyers responsibility. Any orders refused by the buyer, or items that have been unpaid at customs will be sent back to our fulfiment centre after 30- 60 days. If the buyer has requested a refund on their goods, any return postal charges incurred will be taken off the refundable amount.
Please check if you have received an order confirmation within 2 hours after placing the order, it could be the case it ended up in your spam folder. If the email is not located in your mailbox, the payment is most likely still pending, this means that your order still hasn't been confirmed.
If that is the case, we advise you to check your bank statement, Paypal account or credit card statement.
If the amount has in fact been deducted from your account and you haven't received the confirmation email, please contact us via our contact form, chat or mail for further assistance.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information to track your order. Please also check your spam folder as the shipping confirmation could be there.
We only use 100% recyclable packaging for our deliveries. The mailing bag, cardboard packaging or polybag your delivery arrived in, as well as all clothing tags are all fully recyclable.
Plastic and recycling technology is changing rapidly and we are constantly reviewing how we can use the most eco friendly, carbon neutral and sustainable packaging possible.
Return instructions:
1. Fill in the item, size and the reason of return.
2. Put the returning items together with the return form in the package.
3. Return the package to the address on the Return Label (Returning items is at own cost).
4. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has arrived and has been refunded.
5. The refunded amount will be on your account within 5 days.
* Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
* Products need to be unused, in good condition and in original packaging.
* Products must have the original tags and bikini bottoms hygienic sticker must be intact.
Once your return has been received it will be inspected by our fulfillment center. When approved your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items. Of course, you can re-order an item. Simply select a new size or color of the product you want to order. Go to your shopping cart and complete the new order and payment process for the item. Your returned item will be refunded automatically as soon as it is received by our warehouse.
